Inkscape is my new best friend. In many respects it is so much easier to create lineart there than in Photoshop, mostly because it's a vector program and it's open source (I can't afford Illustrator), but also because Inkscape lets you edit any path on screen by simply clicking and dragging, whereas in Photoshop you're encouraged to save your paths because every time you start a new one it erases your old. It takes a little while to get the hang of it, but the payoff is ultimately worth it.

Anyway, this character is part of a story idea I recently came up with. It's kind of a Sid-and-Marty-Krofft-meets-Grimm-fairy-tale-coupled-with-the-most-messed-up-80s-fantasy-movie-you've-ever-seen story, and I'm still hammering out the details.

Also thought I'd try something different with the eyes. I'm pleased how it turned out.
